What you can expect during your introduction

When you join David Lloyd clubs, you will be invited to a free introductory class at the gym, where a trainer will show you the equipment and show you how to use it.
They will get to know you a little better and tailor the induction to your personal needs, which depends on how familiar you are with the fitness equipment and what goals you want to achieve. After this introduction, they will put together a program for you and give you a monthly overview.
