David Lloyd Clubs has introduced Battlebox classes at a number of its clubs to allow you to exercise outdoors. If you love the endorphin rush that outdoor training can bring, look no further. Combining comprehensive physical training, high energy challenges, teamwork and the essential fresh air, a 45 or 55 minute Battlebox class will challenge you physically and mentally, while providing a unique alternative to your usual routine.

Designed to ensure compliance with safety and social distancing rules, Battlebox GT sessions allow participants to work in their own dedicated area. You will work the whole body through 3 circuits of 10 minutes, mixing cardio and weight training with equipment such as kettle bells and dumbbells. It’s fast paced, challenging and a lot of fun.
If you want to develop your athletic abilities, this class might be the perfect option for you. With a range of high-intensity exercises designed to improve your speed, strength, power, agility and overall fitness, our instructors will have you working hard and feeling fitter and stronger in no time.
If increasing strength and building muscle are your primary fitness goals, but you feel like a change of scenery away from your usual squat rack and weight bench, try Battlebox Strong. You will be lifting weights, carrying heavy objects varying distances, pushing sleds, and generally speaking, you will indulge in an exciting and varied workout that will allow you to step away from the routines you are used to in your gym.
For a full body workout in the great outdoors, look no further than a Battlebox Warrior class. With lots of movement and transitions between different zones, get ready to lift, carry, crawl and climb to achieve shape. If you are a fan of outdoor obstacle courses, or looking for an original way to prepare for a challenge, the Battlebox Warrior can provide you with the perfect training ground to train your body and test your stamina.
The Battlebox is by no means an area reserved for adults. Battlebox Play is the perfect class if you are a family looking for a fun class to take together. Suitable for ages 8 and up, this is a great way to strengthen family bonds while keeping fit and healthy in a unique way. You will need to work as a team and use speed, agility and balance to be successful.
